Hi, I’m bridgett skinner.

I’m a wife and mother of three, living in Southern Indiana. I earned my bachelor’s degree in health administration from the University of Southern Indiana and began my career in healthcare. In 2019, I chose to take a new direction and step outside of traditional healthcare. While I still value my current career, I realized there was a missing piece—a deeper desire to connect with, help, and support individuals in a meaningful way.

In 2014, I became a first-time mom and, like many new parents, found myself caught in the typical cycle: a sick child, a doctor’s visit, a prescription, and repeat. Illnesses became frequent, and rounds of antibiotics, steroids, and hospital visits became routine. Over time, chronic health struggles became a normal part of our lives, and I assumed this was just how it would always be.

Years later, with three children of my own and my own unresolved chronic conditions. I had a wake-up call—I knew this wasn’t normal, and I had to find a different way to support my family, as the traditional path alone wasn’t working.

That’s when I discovered homeopathy. Slowly, gently, our healing journey began. While we are always evolving, homeopathy has given us a way to work through challenges naturally, supporting our health and well-being in a deeper, more individualized way.

It all started while I was picking up my local raw milk delivery from a naturally-minded farmer. At the time, I was struggling to support my body after having my gallbladder removed and was feeling desperate for guidance. On a whim, I asked her for advice, and she asked, “Have you ever heard of homeopathy?” I paused, repeating the word back—it was completely new to me. And from that moment, my true journey began.

My education

I am currently completing my studies in homeopathy at the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine in Toronto, with graduation expected in the summer of 2026
